1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the gbjee platform, including all games, betting markets, promotions, payment services, and customer support made available through gbjee. By creating an account or placing a bet on gbjee, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use gbjee.

To register and use gbjee, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. gbjee does not permit minors to register, access, or use the platform under any circumstances.
• You must be accessing gbjee from a jurisdiction where online betting and gaming is not explicitly prohibited by applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gaming in your jurisdiction before registering.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on gbjee or any affiliated platform. Self-exclusion is a responsible gaming measure and attempting to circumvent it is a breach of these Terms.
• You must provide accurate and complete personal information during registration. gbjee may request documentation to verify your identity, age, or payment details at any time.
• You must not be acting on behalf of any third party when using gbjee. All bets placed and all funds deposited must belong to and be for the benefit of the registered account holder only.

3. Account Registration and Verification

All gbjee players must hold a registered and verified account to place bets, claim bonuses, make deposits, and request withdrawals. Account registration is free and open to eligible players 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

• During registration, you must provide your full name, a valid Bangladeshi mobile number (used for login), date of birth, and a secure password. All information must match your official identity documents.
• gbjee operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit a copy of a valid national identity card, passport, or other government-issued identification document. Failure to complete KYC verification when requested may result in account suspension.
• gbjee reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, identity misrepresentation, or a violation of these Terms. Funds held in such accounts may be withheld pending investigation.
• You may close your gbjee account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat. Any remaining balance in a fully verified account will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to standard withdrawal processing times.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

gbjee accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through approved payment channels. All transactions on gbjee are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). gbjee does not accept deposits in foreign currencies and does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may impose their own transaction fees.

Deposit Conditions

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. There is no maximum deposit limit under standard account conditions, however gbjee may apply enhanced due diligence checks for large deposits as part of its Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance procedures.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. gbjee does not accept deposits made from third-party accounts. Any deposit received from an unverified or third-party source may be reversed and the associated account suspended.
• Accepted deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Additional methods may be added or removed at gbjee's discretion. The current list of accepted payment methods is displayed on the gbjee cashier page.

Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by gbjee support. This policy forms part of gbjee's AML compliance framework.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and may be subject to additional KYC documentation requests before processing is approved.
• gbjee aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 24 hours. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and are subject to standard banking hours and system availability. gbjee is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• Any bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirement at the time of a withdrawal request will be forfeited. Only real-money balances that are free of active wagering requirements are available for withdrawal.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

gbjee offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, including the applicable wagering requirement and validity period. General bonus conditions are set out below.

• A welcome bonus is available to new gbjee players on their first deposit. The bonus amount, minimum qualifying deposit, and wagering requirement applicable to the welcome bonus are displayed on the promotions page at the time of registration.
• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and may only be used to place wagers. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; they convert to withdrawable real-money funds only after the applicable wagering requirement has been fully satisfied.

• Free spins granted as part of any promotion are subject to the specific wagering requirements, eligible game restrictions, and expiry dates stated in the individual promotion terms. Winnings from free spins that have not satisfied the stated wagering requirement cannot be withdrawn.

6. Responsible Gaming

7. Fair Use and Prohibited Conduct

gbjee is a platform designed for legitimate recreational betting and gaming. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Using automated bots, scripts, software tools, or any artificial means to interact with the gbjee platform, place bets, or gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform itself.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, exploit promotional offers, or conduct coordinated betting strategies designed to circumvent platform rules.
• Depositing funds obtained through unlawful means, using gbjee for money laundering, or engaging in any transaction that violates applicable anti-money laundering laws and regulations.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, software glitches, or vulnerabilities in the gbjee platform to gain credits, free bets, or any other benefit not legitimately earned through normal gameplay.
• Registering multiple accounts, impersonating another person, or providing false identity information during registration or at any point during your use of the platform.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the gbjee platform — including but not limited to the gbjee brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, promotional graphics, written content, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of gbjee or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, recreational purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, publish, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any gbjee content without explicit prior written permission from gbjee. Unauthorised use of gbjee intellectual property may constitute an infringement of applicable copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, gbjee's total liability to you in connection with your use of the platform, whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount of funds deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. The following specific limitations also apply:

• gbjee is not liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, even if gbjee has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
